Has anybody else noticed the traffic problems, especially the turning-the-wrong-way-into-Park-Vista, getting worse lately?

 

BIKE ROUTE through the Old Royal Naval College Campus

This has been on the cards for well over a year.  The route has actually been completed and a specially designed exit from the campus on the East side has a ramp onto Park Row. YET the gate remains locked and the path is occasionally littered with bollards forcing cyclists to use the main roads - dangerous.

 

What is happening here?
